*shrug* IDK where this came from.. Well, I know what INSPIRED his clothing, but that's about it.
The man has no name, no purpose, whatsoever. His clothes are a result of my watching far too much Sailor Moon and my obsession over the Shitennou.... Yup pretty much.
He's pretty detailed though for somthing on a 3x5 piece of paper, so he ends up here, nice and happy.
